10’x 5′ Walnut Slab with Blue Epoxy River Table

Description

This 10′ long epoxy river table was custom built for a customer’s home in West Chester, PA.  It featured two large walnut wood slabs that were hand-selected, cut, milled and dried by Lancaster Live Edge.  The slabs did come from the same log.  We used Woodright Epoxy with blue coloring to fill the epoxy river and cracks throughout the piece.  Once the river table was built, we finished it using LED hardwax oil and mounted it on a metal base made locally by Morris Hill Metal Craft.  At 10’x5′ and 2″ thick, this is the biggest walnut epoxy table we’ve done to date.  It fit perfectly in our customer’s dining room and was finished and delivered just in time for them to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner together.  If you’re looking for a similar table, contact us online for a free quote!
